I’ve been at this church since the age of thirteen. Since then, a lot of neat things have happened involving me.
I had a Rite 13 celebration that took place back in 2001. Afterwards, I felt like a member of this church. At the age of sixteen, in April of 2004, I was baptized. In November of 2006, I became Sexton of this church, and in March of 2007 I was confirmed.
It feels good to be here. Saint Paul & St. James is my second home. I feel welcomed, safe, happy, and enthusiastic that I’m here. I’m also glad that I’m a member of this church. Not only that, I’m glad to be on a good staff.
Continuing my journey here has been one of the most tremendous things that has ever happened to me. God is good all the time.

Rap for Whilma Whitley, Minister of Music and the Arts, who retired January 2008.

At St. Pjs it's memories that we share;
When we all hear you play the piano it's music to our ears.
You did it all from handbells to chancel choir;
Wilma your the best, your someone I admire.
I like how you complimented me on my style;
So I'll compliment you by saying you have a bright smile.
Minister of Music and the Arts that's what you are;
We will always be close, never too far.
You're a special person filled with talent and love;
You're a special person a gift from above.
You will always be a member of this congregation;
Now let's all clap for Wilma's celebration.
